Exchange & Return Policy
Please note that we offer exchanges or returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange and return policy:
Returned or exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Returned or exchanged items cannot be washed.
To initiate an exchange or return, please complete the following steps:
Include your order # in the subject line of the email.
Explain the reason you are requesting an exchange or return in the body of the email.
Additional Information:
We will respond via email to your request within 72 hours with further instructions.
Any shipping fees associated with exchanges or returns will be the customer's responsibility.
Any restocking fees will be the customer's responsibility.
